David "Zugga" Zylberberg (sponsored by Karhu) took advantage of the relatively flat course at Porcupine Ski Runner Nordic in Timmins to double pole away from the competition in the first half of the same day pursuit. The victory in the classic leg secured Dave the first spot on Ontario's Canada Winter Games Team.

A real treat awoke me at 2:30am this morning... Dirk, arrived back from his overnight grooming job early. With the below zero temperatures the crew chose to meet at 8pm...

Once again, join families, fast folks, and little ski fiends at the 2012 Boxing Day Burnoff at Nakkertok Nordic.

While the rain did wash away a good deal of the white stuff at Nakkertok, thanks to great trail clearing efforts in the fall, and tireless track setting, a 5k and 3k loop was ready for the first race of the XC-Ottawa-Karhu race series.

It seems a lot has changed in our sport in the last few years and these trends have been particularly evident in the last few weeks.
