The 2nd Annual Snow Dance is this Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 23,24 from 10-4PM at the Gatineau Park Visitor Centre, 33 Scott Road.
What does this involve?
- Your first ski of the year!! A 150m loop covered in fresh snow to ski on is provided by Lafleur de la Capitale. Since the loop is small, small skiers are best - the more Jackrabbits and Racing Rabbits the better! All are welcome.
- XC Ottawa.ca will host Fun Sprint race for all ages on Sunday from 11-1PM. Sprints will be track cycling pursuit style with skiers starting on opposite sides of the loop. Lots of draw prizes to be given away!
- If you purchase a season's cross-country pass before 5PM Oct. 24th, your name is entered into a draw for a $250 gift certificate from Trailhead.
- Have some authentic Snow God Grog!
