Since people in these here parts are into endurance challenges, here’s one for the skiers: 266 km of some of the best XC skiing anywhere.
The Canadian Triple Ski Challenge is achieved by completing all 10 sections of the Canadian Ski Marathon (160 km classic), followed up the weekend after with the Gatineau Loppet 53 km classic on the Saturday, and the 53 km skate race on the Sunday.
If you manage to complete this challenge, send me an email and you will receive a “highly prestigious” award with your name on a special web page.
If you've already done this in the past (it's got to be over consecutive weekends) but are not up for it this year, don't fret, you can also apply for the award: IF your name appears on the CSM and Gatineau/Keski results web pages.
Go for the Triple!
