This year began back in May, when me, Karl and Tom, in consultation with our coach Pavol Skvaridlo, decided to try some very aggressive training programs in an attempt to ski a lot faster. As a result of this we all worked a lot harder than ever before, knowing that improvements were likely but there was a chance of being tired during the race season.

Their patience and help were irreplaceable and they guided us to our terrific season. Thanks to other coaches who worked with us throughout the year: Greg Mark, Amy Mark, Don Moxley and Patti Kitler. Thanks also to a strong program supporter, Gail Blake at Carleton, and to Basil Phillips for the massage therapy help.
This NCSSAA Nordic ski meet took place at Nakkertok Nordic. The next race is next week.
