What did I do to improve my skiing last week?

XC Ottawa has capped off yet another great season! After a fun summer and fall of great training we began the season in Silverstar, British Columbia in November and just kept going until Nationals Championships held in March at Highlands Nordic, Ontario.

Beckie Scott, of Canmore Alberta, is Canada’s most successful nordic skier, and one of the world’s best all- round cross country skiers.

Another successful time trial at Nakkertok. This time the skating technique drew a large high school crowd. A total of 94 skiers raced!
