The November 7, 7PM CSM clinic is quickly approaching and you are invited! We're looking to meet CSM friends new and old so please share the invite. The focus of the evening is "Presenting the CSM Training Guide & Endurance Check List" presented by Dave McMahon, XC ZONE (similar to the running room training log).
- CSM will offer early bird rates to clinic attendees (this applies to all categories)

- Fresh Air will provide an in-store discount to attendees ... gear / clothing / equipment (15%).
