Tuesday’s final Olympic Trials events were the 30km (women) and 50km (men) individual start classic events, both held on exclusively on the punishing 5km World Cup loop.

Two Saturday’s ago, XC Ottawa racers enjoyed (kind of?) a multidiscipline day of intensity consisting of a 5 to 10 km classic time trial, followed by a Bench Press competition in the afternoon. No that is not a typo, this year we’re getting strong!
