While Karl and Megan have skied from P10 at ~6pm, the XC Ottawa webcam didn't detect snow so the contest is still on! (Sorry Ed & Ken)
Overall, XC Ottawa’s 2007-2008 racing season was one of the best and most consistent, with good performances from the early races in November through to Nationals in March.
Whistler Olympic Park didn't disappoint with tricky ski and waxing conditions for the skate race, as we were greeted with a huge snowfall and temperatures above zero.
When we ask ourselves about what cross country skiing is about, we answer that it is about adventure. It is about covering LONG distances with considerable speed over all kinds of terrain...

The third race of the 2010 Nationals in Whitehorse was the Individual Skate Event. We were faced with yet another challenging but fun Skate course.

Good Friday this year was a day of sprinting at the Canadian Nationals at Whistler Olympic Park. XCOttawa skiers Tom, Justin, Megan, Alana and Zoe represented the team in this star studded event.
