One of the most common running injuries is shin splints. I had pretty bad shin splints last year so I have some experience with this injury. I’m not a doctor or anything but this is what I have learned:

This past weekend was the first NCD points race of the 2010 season. The Coupe Skinouk was held at Relais Plein Air and was a mix of the “old” and the “new”.
I love the Keski. It’s a wonderfully organized event and a fantastic way to test yourself from year to year...
