As I write my final papers for the year (and for my degree!), I'm reflecting on my race season this past year. It was a very short season, but it was a highly successful one, certainly my best season since the 2000-01 season.

Wayne brings a vast store of racing and training knowledge and experience to our group. This year, Wayne's focus will be on longer distance events, and hopes to place in the top 10 at the National Championship 50k and the Keskinada, and in the top 30 at the American Birkebeiner.
Injuries, they happen to everyone at least once in an athletic career. Unfortunately, they may happen more often for some. I would fit under the "more than once" category.
