epresentatives of XC Ottawa made their yearly pilgrimage to visit Zach Caldwell of Caldwell Sport Specialties and Engineered Tuning - www.engineeredtuning.net. As usual, the trip proved to be both fun and very informative...

Fall...the leaves are mostly off the trees, we meet at Penguin every Thursday morning at 7:30am, and there is a huge increase in emails about trip planning, uniform ordering and ski picking/stone grinding.

Whistler Olympic Park didn't disappoint with tricky ski and waxing conditions for the skate race, as we were greeted with a huge snowfall and temperatures above zero.

Team XC Ottawa has arrived in Thunder Bay Ontario for the first NorAm race of 2011. The Junior World, U23 World and distance senior World trials.
