The team sprint was the opening event for the 83rd Haywood ski nationals - XC Ottawa athletes had a successful day.
This past weekend marked the first NorAm races of the season. Although it has been a few years since I have raced in Silver Star, this is the first year since high school that I don’t have any racing plans at all!
