Saturday September 20 was the annual Fall Rhapsody Mountain Running Race at Camp Fortune in Gatineau Park. The previous two editions have been the Eastern Canadian Mountain Running Championships but this year was not.
Since the national 50km race (the conclusion of the ski season), it has been an interesting 3 weeks or so and there have been a number of things that have happened to me that have been (1) stressful, (2) eye opening, and (3) funny . . .
