Chelsea Nordiq Biathlon Bears Program 2007-2008.
Fall 2007 Session: (Begins October 10th – the week after Thanksgiving) This is an introductory program for youth 10 - 14 years old designed to teach the basics of biathlon shooting and present the basics of cross-country ski training.
All shooting equipment will be provided (target air rifles and biathlon falling plate targets) along with expert instruction in biathlon training and shooting technique. The Biathlon Bears Program has an elaborate badge system that rewards participants for individual successes and improvements in shooting accuracy and skiing skills.
