Beginner Skate Ski Lesson
Saturday, March 3rd, 2007
1:00 - 3:30 p.m.

Interested in learning or relearning the basics of skate skiing in one afternoon? The objective of this lesson will be to work on balance, weight shift, double poling, and learning the basic skate skiing techniques of one skate, two skate, and offset. I will throw in as many extra tips as I can so you have enough know-how to have fun skiing for the rest of the season.

Location: P6 in the Gatineau Park (MacKenzie King Estate). Go through Old Chelsea, turn left on Kingsmere, turn right at the stop sign (which is still Kingsmere Rd), head up past P5, left on Swamp Rd, right on Barnes Rd, and down Barnes a bit till you turn left through the white gate into P6. (If you miss the left turn for P6 at Swamp Rd., you will end up at P7.)

Level: Intermediate

Cost: $35

Group size: max 10 people

Instructor: Natalya Kuziak - XC Ski racer, Ski Instructor, Triathlete, Outdoor Enthusiast

Please contact me by e-mail to register for the class. I will need your name, home phone number, and e-mail address.

If you are interested in private or semi private lessons, I offer those as well. Please contact me for rates and to arrange a lesson. More about private lessons...
