Ski Heritage East Team is holding its first annual AGM. Please join us to discuss how we can make the Trail an even better experience for all users.

The Trail extends from Green’s Creek to Trim Road in Orléans. It is groomed for use by cross-country skiers, both classic and skate, and snowshoers, fatbikers and an area is provided for walkers and Dog walkers.

This year we are considering some route modifications and have made the major decision to purchase our own grooming equipment and groom with volunteers. This will enable us to groom whenever conditions are best, rather than wait for our turn with a commercial groomer.

Your input on trail modifications, fundraising, special events, volunteer recruitment, safety and signage and communications (and any other issues you have in mind) would help us immensely. All winter trail enthusiasts are invited to attend.

Come and meet the Ski Heritage East team, Dave Adams architect of highly acclaimed SJAM in Westboro and Councillor Bob Monette who has championed Ski Heritage East.

Please let us know if you plan to attend, either by email skiheritage.east@gmail.com or by responding to our event posting on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/search/str/ski+heritage+east/keywords_events
