XC Chelsea Masters Winter Program Registration is Now Open!

Registration for the 2015/16 winter programs with XC Chelsea Masters is now open! To register, just go to the Registration page on the XCCM web site and follow the steps online. Note that programs tends to fill up quickly so don’t delay. For more details, see Programs and Fees.
With all of the programs, you will receive a written training plan, which you may download from your online account with XCCM. When you register, select the training plan that suits both your schedule and your training needs: 300, 400 or 500 hours. The Year-Hours are the number of hours you would train if you were to keep up a training program for the whole year. These are periodized, monthly training plans that are designed to get you into top shape for the ski racing season (from mid January to end of March).
Mark your calendars! The winter ski programs will start after Christmas with the Tue session on Dec 29 at 7:00 pm and the Sat practice on Jan 2, and are held at various locations in the Gatineau Park. For details on times and locations be sure to check the Next Practice page a day or two before each practice.
Strength training starts on Thursday, Jan 7. Sessions will be held at the Hazeldean Goodlife gym (membership not required) and are designed with the cross-country skier in mind. For more information, see the Training Schedule.
