We (Chelsea Nordiq Ski and Biathlon Club) are hosting a fundraising dinner on February 26. Caroline is the main attraction. Additionally, one has the opportunity to eat a delectable meal (menu below) in one of the finest restaurants in the country. Jen and Charlie Part, chefs-owners of Les Fougeres Restaurant (http://fougeres.com) have graciously help provide a scrumptious meal. We hope to fill every seat.
