What We Need
- commitment to travel and wax with the team to selected NorAm Race weekends (approximately 4 per season in various locations across the country) and the National Championships
- some pre-season preparation with John Suuronen and the team
What Will We Give You?
- learn from one of the best! John Suuronen is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced wax technicians around (particularly with respect to Vauhti waxes) with many years of experience, having coached and waxed race skis since the 1980s.
- open invitation to all XC Ottawa workouts and training camps
- we will cover your costs for all travel with the team including flights, accommodation, food, drink (within reason of course!) etc.
- unfortunately we don't have the resources to provide a salary but we will do the best we can with products and an honorarium to help pay for your time.
We are open to extend this position to apprentice/assistant coaching as well if you are interested.
