Lost Vest
Did anyone find a mens large black Craft vest by mistake on Sat Oct 2nd? I left it on the grass by the parking lot where the photos were being taken for the World Record Roller Ski (North Loop. When I returned after the skiing past the lot it was gone, likely picked up by mistake. It contains a car key, Gat ski pass and an iPod.

Pink Panther in Gatineau Park
On Friday, October 1st, I went out for a one hour jog and stride on ridge road as part of my preparation for this year's ski season. Since I recently turned 60, age category for racing is on my side, and the notion of entering a few races with a real chance of placing well has me motivated.
To my surprise, a mountain biker dressed in a full pink panter suit from head to toe - tail and all- came by me not once but twice, and growled (playfully).
Has anyone else spotted exotic animals on Ridge road....I am curious to know what this was all about...anyone know???
