"Back from Whistler in time to join Stefani's final Jackrabbit picnic on Sunday up at Nakkertok. Lucky enough to also fit in a personal ski. Was thrilled to see how much snow there still is here. A few bare spots inspired me to shovel snow last night before it the freeze-up. I knew Marc was grooming overnight, so went back to check it out this morning. And I have to say " the skiing at Nakkertok couldn't be better ". This is on the upper trails, above the stadium up on the ridge and beyond. The highlight though, are the trails north of the OWL Cabin, as there seems to be twice as much snow in this upper reach. Marc groomed the Morral Loop wide enough to allow a skate track next to the classic - spring skiing at it's best."
