Have you always wanted to learn to rollerski to get a jump on the ski season? Or are you bored with roller skiing on your own or bored with doing the same old thing each time you go out?
Why not try rolling with the Nakkertok Masters? Coaches Natalya Kuziak and Christa Ramonat will help you tune up your ski technique, increase your strength, balance and agility and you'll have fun! Roller ski sessions are Thursday evenings from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Join the Nakkertok Masters or simply pay the drop in fee of $10. Many sessions will be held at P8 in the Gatineau Park, but some will also take place in Ottawa. Locations are posted on the Nakkertok Masters web page.
