I will sum up what kind of training I have been up to since I moved to Grand Cayman for the summer. Hopefully I will be able to give some insight into the life of a skier and new XC Ottawa member in a foreign country.

Late fall is a great time for race simulation on rollerskis. This year our coach John Suuronen designed a rollerski time trial for the team that will better prepare us for this winter's distance races and more specifically the pursuit race at world U23/J

I can only hope to say that we are on the final stretch of dryland training for this season. Here are a few ideas and things that I have been up to keep from going insane with the anticipation of snow!
